OPERATING ENGINEER - Phoenix, AZ

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on all building systems and maintain records of tasks and time using computer programs.
• Work with the team to ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Ensure client satisfaction and confidence in your abilities and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Ability to perform maintenance and repairs at a large call center facility.
• Must be knowledgeable in building systems to include; Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, BMS systems, commercial kitchen equipment, UPS systems and power generators.
• Self starter and ability to interact well with the clients.
• PC Proficiency is required for docum! entation and reporting.
